Apple Cove Realty was established February 1991. At that time, no real estate firm believed in Apple Valley as the future of Knox County. The Valley had no Real Estate offices and no Realtor wanted a listing in the Valley. As a resident and having been a Realtor since 1967, Bruce realized that the potential of the area would never be reached without promotion. The investment made by the property owners would only continue its downward trend.

We began with an auction sale of lots and sold more than 50% of those consigned. Since that time we have maintained well over 250 lot listings at all times which provides a market to builders, speculators and potential residents for the benefit of the owners wishing to sell.

Our Realtors and employees are residents of the Valley and are interested in only the best for residents and property owners. We are a member of many of the committees and meet often with Board members and manager to discuss problems and suggestions as reported to us by our clients.

Apple Cove Realty has had much to do with Apple Valley's successful growth during the last twelve years. We have spent more money on advertising per listing than any other real estate agency. The primary focus is the quality of Apple Valley property. A large portion of the budget is spent in the Mt. Vernon area but the amount of advertising in Columbus , Cleveland and all of East Central Ohio is even greater. Today, the real estate market is very competitive and prices are higher.Much of this growth can be attributed to the efforts of Bruce Williamson and Apple Cove Realty.
